All residents and guests can enjoy the services provided by the Common 
Area Plan as standard. This includes general estate maintence and cleaning, and on-site personel from Twinpalms Management to ensure your stay is enjoyable and trouble free.

Opting for the additional Added Benefits and/or the Private Unit Plan gives you and your guests access to a wide range of delivering luxury services such as private room service through to Airport transfers.

Common Area Plan

Compulsory to all Residences and Villa owners

• Estate Manager or Assistant Manager on site daily from 9am to 6pm
• Estate security 24 hrs, 2 guards day time and 3 guards night time
• Cleaning and chemical balancing of all private and common pools
• Cleaning and maintenance of all common area and private gardens (own water for private gardens)
• Accessing each unit once a week to aerate and run the air conditioners for an hour
• Daily removal of refuse
• Upkeep of the public roads in terms of cleaning and lighting
• Monthly pest control in all common areas (private gardens not included)
• Recommend and upon request supervise sub-contracting needs (subject to a fee)
• Assist and make recommendations to all the owners with regards to common issues
• Assist in securing at all time, power supply, water supply, internet connection, telephone and satellite TV's
