Area Plan as standard. This includes general estate maintenance and
cleaning, and on-site personel from Twinpalms Management to ensure your stay is enjoyable and trouble-free.

Opting for the additional Added Benefits and/or the Private Unit Plan gives you and your guests access to a wide range of delivering luxury services such as private room service through airport transfers.

Common Area Plan

Compulsory to all Residences and Villa owners

• Estate Manager or Assistant Manager on-site from 9am to 6pm daily
• 24 hour Estate Security, 2 guards day time and 3 guards night time
• Cleaning and chemical balancing of all private and common pools
• Cleaning and maintenance of all common areas and private gardens (own water for private gardens)
• Accessing each unit once a week to aerate and run the air conditioners for an hour
• Daily removal of refuse
• Upkeep of the public roads in terms of cleaning and lighting
• Monthly pest control in all common areas (private gardens not included)
• Recommending and upon request supervising sub-contracting needs (subject to a fee)
• Assisting and making recommendations to all the owners with regards to common issues
• Assisting in securing at all time, power supply, water supply, internet connection, telephone and satellite TV's
